NEW COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:
Please note the following NEW COVID-19 procedures we have implemented at our clinic:
1) ALL patients must wash their hands immediately upon arrival at our clinic.
2) Patients must ensure proper social distancing at all times.
3) ALL patients are required to wear a MASK while at the clinic.
4) Only ONE patient at a time will be allowed into our waiting room area before their next appointment.
Services and products can be purchased and booked online using a valid credit card.
A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect for all bookings. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a cancellation fee which is equal to the cost of the missed appointment.
All sales of gift certificates are final.
Insurance receipts will be issued for all RMT services performed.
All sales and services are final. Refunds may only be done in exceptional circumstances and only at the sole discretion of Management.
